60-day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to sleep comfortably on your new mattress, so Euro-Flex will provide the original purchaser of the mattresses a 60-day comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. Please note: this only applies to mattresses that have been left unbonded (layers inside the mattress cover that have not used natural adhesive to bond together and are not bonded to the mattress cover). Should you choose to bond your mattress (layers using natural adhesive to bond together and are bonded to your mattress cover) at the time of the purchase, adjustments can be made, but a labor fee will apply to any adjustments with your mattress (please inquire).

What is a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee?

If you feel that your new mattress is too soft or too firm for your sleep needs, and it is within 60-days from the date of delivery, Euro-flex will be happy to do a one-time NO charge adjustment of the latex or foam inside your mattress cover with latex that is equal or of lesser value. This also includes transportation costs as long as it is within the 60-day period and is within San Diego County. We will provide this one-time no charge adjustment so long as the mattress and the mattress cover are free from damage (see warranty for details). We highly recommend you to protect your investment with a mattress protector.

Please note: The 60-Day comfort guarantee is a courtesy provided to our customers to assist them in finding the correct firmness level for their individual needs. If during this process, you discover that your needs include materials of greater cost, that is considered an upgrade. An upgrade will include additional cost.

What if I decide the mattress is uncomfortable after the 60 days?

If you should decide after the 60-day comfort guarantee period that your mattress is too soft or too firm, we do offer options to adjust the layers of latex or foam in your mattress (please inquire) as long as the mattress and the mattress cover are free from damage (see warranty). The customer will also be responsible for all transportation costs.

Bonding Policy:

In addition to the comfort guarantee, Euro-Flex provides a 120-day bonding policy from the date of delivery. If you choose to leave your mattress unbonded (layers inside the mattress cover that have not used natural adhesive to bond together and are not bonded to the mattress cover) on the date of original delivery, you are provided a 120-day grace period to make a permanent decision. You may choose to keep your mattress permanently unbonded. Or you may choose to bond your mattress (layers using natural adhesive to bond together and are bonded to your mattress cover) for no additional cost, provided this occurs within the 120-day period and you live within San Diego County.

Why is there a 120-Day Bonding Policy?

The purpose of the 120-day bonding policy is to give you an additional 60 days after the end of the comfort guarantee to determine if you wish to have your mattress permanently bonded. This is a courtesy we provide our customers to give them sufficient time to make a decision. It is cost prohibitive to continually make changes to a mattress indefinitely at no charge. Fourteen days prior to the expiration of the comfort guarantee Euro-Flex will provide a courtesy call to remind you about the end dates of both the comfort guarantee and bonding policy. It takes much time, schedule coordinating, and additional manpower to pick up, bond, and return your mattress. It is important to plan ahead so you don’t run out of time. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Euro-Flex to schedule bonding before the 120-day bonding policy expiration date.

What if I decide I want the mattress bonded after the 120 days?

If you should decide after the 120-day bonding policy period that you would like to bond your mattress, we do offer options to bond your mattress (please inquire) as long as the mattress and the mattress cover are free from damage (see warranty). The customer will also be responsible for all transportation costs.

Return Policy:

All our mattresses, pillow tops, and bases are custom made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
